AMM Parties — Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided
AMM Parties provides balloon twisting, foam party entertainment, and other event services advertised on our website. Services are subject to availability, location, and event requirements.
2. Booking & Reservations
Customers must provide accurate event details, including the date, time, location, selected services, and contact information.
Bookings are confirmed only after the required deposit has been received and AMM Parties has issued confirmation.
3. Pricing & Payments
The following deposits are required to secure a reservation:

Balloon Twisting: 35% of the total booking price.

Foam Parties: 25% of the total booking price.
All deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service.
The remaining balance may be paid at any time before the scheduled event date or immediately following completion of the booked service.
Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method provided or approved by AMM Parties.
Additional service hours, travel fees, or special arrangements may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before being incurred.
4. Service Duration & Additional Hours
The purchased service duration refers to the scheduled entertainment time and does not ordinarily include setup or takedown.
Additional hours are subject to availability and applicable pricing. Multi-hour discounts apply only where offered or agreed upon.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
All cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests are governed by the separate Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy published on our website and presented during booking.
6. Balloon Twisting Services
Balloon creations depend on available time, attendance, and the complexity of requests.
Adult supervision is required for children. Uninflated or broken balloons present choking hazards, particularly to young children. Children under eight should be kept away from uninflated or broken balloons, and balloons are not appropriate for children under three.
AMM Parties may decline requests that cannot safely or reasonably be fulfilled.
7. Foam Party Services
AMM Parties provides the foam machine, foam solution, equipment setup, continuous operation, and takedown.
Customer-provided utilities and location requirements:

A functioning water spigot or hose connection must be located within 100 feet of the designated foam party area.

A suitable electrical outlet must be located within 50 feet of the designated foam party area.

The customer must provide access to water and electricity throughout the booked service.

Grass is the preferred surface for foam parties.

Concrete, pavement, and other hard surfaces may become slippery when wet or covered in foam.

The event area must provide sufficient space for safe equipment operation and guest participation.
AMM Parties reserves the right to decline or suspend foam party operations if the location presents unsafe conditions, including unsuitable surfaces, hazardous electrical connections, severe weather, or inadequate utility access.
Children must remain under adult supervision. Guests must follow the operator's safety instructions.
Failure to provide the agreed utilities or safe operating conditions may result in delays or cancellation, subject to the applicable refund policy and law.
8. Weather & Outdoor Events
Outdoor services may be delayed, suspended, rescheduled, or canceled when severe weather or other environmental conditions create safety concerns.
Applicable refunds and rescheduling options are determined by the Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
9. Event Location & Accessibility
Customers must provide a reasonably accessible event location and disclose any relevant restrictions involving parking, stairs, elevators, loading areas, or venue access before the event.
10. Customer Conduct & Supervision
Parents, guardians, or designated responsible adults are responsible for supervising children throughout the event.
AMM Parties does not provide childcare services and may pause or discontinue entertainment when unsafe or abusive conduct occurs.
11. Equipment & Property
Equipment remains the property of AMM Parties or the applicable service provider.
Customers and guests may not move, disconnect, operate, or interfere with equipment without authorization.
Responsibility for equipment damage caused by misuse or negligent interference will be determined according to applicable law.
12. Third-Party Entertainment Providers
Certain services may be performed by independent entertainers or third-party vendors coordinated through AMM Parties.
Applicable provider-specific requirements will be communicated before booking confirmation.
13. Liability & Safety
Entertainment activities may involve risks, including slips, falls, and reactions to materials.
Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Photography & Promotional Materials
AMM Parties may request permission to photograph or record events for promotional use.
Identifiable images of customers or participants, particularly children, will not be used in advertising without appropriate permission.
15. Website Content
Original AMM Parties branding, photographs, text, and graphics may not be used commercially without authorization, except as permitted by law.
16. Changes to Services & Terms
AMM Parties may update services, pricing, and these Terms for future bookings.
Confirmed reservations remain subject to their agreed terms unless changes are mutually accepted or required by law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Florida law, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
