AMM Parties

1. Booking & Deposits

To reserve an event date and time, AMM Parties requires a deposit based on the selected service:

• Balloon Twisting: A 35% deposit of the total service price.

• Foam Parties: A 25% deposit of the total service price.

All deposits are applied toward the total booking cost. The remaining balance is due according to the payment terms provided during booking.

A reservation is confirmed only after the required deposit has been received and AMM Parties has issued booking confirmation.

Deposits are refundable or transferable only under the cancellation and rescheduling terms outlined in this policy.

2. Customer Cancellations

• 14 or more days before the event: Full refund, including the deposit.

• 14 days before the event: Refund of payments received, excluding the deposit.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to AMMEnterprisefl@gmail.com.

3. Rescheduling

Requests made at least 7 days before the event may be accommodated without an additional fee, subject to availability. Approved rescheduled bookings may transfer their deposits to the new date.

Requests made less than 7 days before the event will be reviewed individually and may incur additional fees. If a new date cannot be arranged, the original cancellation terms apply.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations

Outdoor services may be postponed or canceled when severe weather creates unsafe conditions.

If unsafe weather prevents services from beginning, customers may reschedule or receive a refund for services not performed.

If weather interrupts a service already underway, any partial refund will be evaluated according to the services delivered.

5. Service Requirements

Customers must provide a safe and accessible event location. Foam parties require a suitable water supply, electrical access, and adequate operating space.

If these requirements are not met, services may be delayed or canceled, and refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances.

6. Event Delays

Customer-caused delays may reduce the available service time without extending the original booking.

If AMM Parties arrives late due to circumstances within our control, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the full booked duration or an appropriate partial refund.

7. Cancellations by AMM Parties

If AMM Parties cannot fulfill a confirmed booking, customers will receive a full refund for services not provided or may choose an alternative available date.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Payment provider processing times may vary.
